  1. Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings. (70%)
  2. Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. (20%)
  3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives. (10%)

You'll work closely with the AI Sales Executive and the SDR, engaging with clients and contributing to the team's success.

Qualifications

What Will Make You Shine

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SaaS
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with large accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Healthcare sector
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
