Job Description

We’re seeking an energetic and driven Sales Executive to join our team and champion NOA, our innovative AI-powered platform tailored for the healthcare industry. NOA is transforming healthcare by streamlining medical workflows, easing administrative tasks, and empowering doctors to devote more time to patient care.

As an AI Sales Executive, you will introduce NOA to healthcare professionals, showcasing how it provides critical insights and predictive analytics that enable faster, data-driven decision-making.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings and following up on leads until conversion.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process through active customer prospecting, making calls and visits, and closing; ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.

Qualifications

What Will Make You Shine (Must have):

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in SaaS.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience with large accounts.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Languages: Fluent in Spanish.
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, with the ability to take action, perseverant, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment and generate business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet customers.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Healthcare sector.
  • Understanding of AI technologies, business applications, and ability to communicate their value.
  • Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
