Job Overview

At Automaise, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead our business development efforts in Spain, with deep knowledge of the Customer Service ecosystem . We seek someone who understands the challenges and dynamics of the sector — whether through experience as an operational manager, a technology solution integrator, a consultant, or a hybrid profile — and who can identify where our value proposition can make a real impact.

We value a professional with a strong and active network of contacts in the Spanish market, capable of identifying and engaging key decision-makers. Ideally, you already have established relationships with leaders in Operations, IT, and Digital Transformation, and see your network as a strategic lever to accelerate sales cycles and introduce Automaise to high-potential accounts.

The ability to mobilize stakeholders will be a key differentiator : we’re looking for someone who can attract key players to meetings, corporate events, and demo sessions—creating the right context to showcase the value of our solutions. At Automaise, we believe that sales is an act of co-creation with the customer, so we're looking for someone who can orchestrate collaborative engagements , focused on building credibility and trust.

Responsibilities :

  • Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.
  • Territory Strategy : Identify and research territories to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Pipeline Development : Develop a sales pipeline through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and market sector knowledge / intelligence.
  • Sales Pipeline Maintenance : Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement of targets.
  • Strategic Selling : Engage with prospect organizations to position Automaise solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • End-to-End Sales Process : Manage the end-to-end sales process, engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, VPs, and C-Level executives.
  • Achieve Sales Targets : Drive new opportunities and sell Automaise solutions into midmarket accounts to achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Short and Long-term Results : Generate short-term results while maintaining a long-term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Forecasting and Revenue Delivery : Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

Requirements :

  • Mandatory - Proven experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS), within customer service / contact centers.
  • Success in leading complex and commercially significant sales to Customer Service, Operations, IT, and business leaders.
  • Consistent attainment of sales targets.
  • Hunter Mentality : Excitement around hunting greenfield territory and building your business from the ground up.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-Centric : An active listener with Customer Service & BPO business acumen to deeply understand our customer’s challenges.
  • Consultative Sales Approach : Strong focus on delivering customer success with a consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
  • Team Player : A highly collaborative team player with a company-first mentality; we leave our egos at the door and support each other to drive results and win together.
  • Language Skills : Native / Fluent in Spanish and another European language is a must.
