This role supports remote work within Spain or a hybrid model in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

Formación

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.

The Role : Account Executive – Spanish Market

We’re hiring a mid-to-senior level Account Executive to drive our growth in Spain. If you're a consultative seller with strong outbound experience, especially in the hospitality or Travel Tech space , this is your opportunity to take ownership of a growing market and close meaningful deals with forward-thinking clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with vacation rental property managers and hotels
  • Conduct high-impact product demos, understanding client needs and customizing solutions
  • Lead deal negotiations and close contracts with decision-makers
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize messaging and feedback loops
  • Keep CRM data clean and current, ensuring pipeline visibility and accountability
  • Own your targets — and exceed them

What You Bring

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience , ideally in Travel Tech, SaaS for hospitality, or related industries
  • Proven success managing the full sales cycle — from cold outreach to signed deal
  • Confidence presenting to operational and commercial decision-makers
  • Strong organizational skills, follow-up discipline, and CRM hygiene
  • Independent, ambitious, and ready to thrive in a fast-growing SaaS company
