Automaise aims to accelerate this digital transformation by deploying AI Agents that help administrative workers boost productivity and efficiency in customer service and back-office tasks.

Our clients utilize our AI Agents to significantly improve operational efficiency and achieve double-digit gains within 3-6 months post-implementation. Our focus on high-priority use cases and strong business cases has led to one of the industry's highest deal conversion rates.

Job Overview

We are seeking an outcome-oriented, highly collaborative Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us capitalize on this significant market opportunity and elevate our organization. This role requires an entrepreneurial, proactive individual skilled in outbound B2B sales, capable of identifying, developing, and closing new business.

If you are entrepreneurial and can identify, develop, and win new business to meet sales targets, this role is for you!

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process to meet key performance metrics, focusing on new business acquisition.
  2. Territory Strategy: Research and define go-to-market strategies for targeted territories within 30 days.
  3. Pipeline Development: Build a sales pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging market intelligence.
  4. Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain an active pipeline to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  5. Strategic Selling: Engage with prospects to position Automaise solutions via value-based selling, ROI analysis, and references.
  6. End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the entire sales cycle, collaborating with Sales Engineers, VPs, and C-Level executives.
  7. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive new opportunities and close deals within midmarket accounts to meet monthly and quarterly goals.
  8. Results Focus: Balance short-term wins with long-term revenue growth.
  9. Forecasting: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and revenue projections.
Requirements
  • Proven SaaS sales experience, especially within customer service/contact centers.
  • Success in complex sales to customer service, operations, IT, and business leaders.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Hunter mentality with enthusiasm for building new business from scratch.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with deep understanding of customer challenges.
  • Consultative, outcome-based sales approach.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Fluent in Spanish and at least one other European language.
