Job summary

Greystar Real Estate Partners, LLC is seeking a Sales Executive for Be Casa by Greystar at Boadilla Suites, Madrid. You will support marketing, leasing and occupancy goals through proactive lead qualification, tours and lease closures.

You will respond to inquiries across channels, schedule viewings, update CRM and property portals, and collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional resident journey. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Sales Executive at Boadilla Suites, is responsible for supporting marketing, leasing and occupancy/revenue objectives for Be Casa by delivering activities related to leasing to new residents and renewals of existing residents. These include qualifying leads, arranging community tours and unit viewings and completing the requisite resident administration to secure the reservation.

Key Role Responsibilities

• Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members to deliver an exceptional resident journey.
• Responds to all incoming sales channels and initiates proactive outbound contact to convert our lead database
• Answer all calls, email and live chat enquiries in a professional, engaging and timely manner to hit the key central sales team KPIs.
• Qualifies potential applicants and ensures all data capture and details of the contact are updated in the relevant systems in an accurate and timely manner
• Converts enquiries and leads into viewing appointments and leases to achieve multifamily leasing and occupancy targets
• Conducts viewings and relevant follow-ups with prospects
• Convert leads and tours into residents through needs-based selling and negotiation
• Follows up on potential applicants required documentation, contract returns and payment processing
• Updates property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc) to ensure all relevant apartments and properties are listed on the market and generate leads
• Plans and organises daily activities to maximise productivity
• Actively understands, updates and improves knowledge of community, amenities, units and local area features.
• Supports all communities including cross-selling based upon potential resident requirements.
• Undertakes activities to promote the property and monitors competitor activity
• Assisting with the delivery of successful open days including the preparation and execution of event launch plans and requirements.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Good level of general education evidencing literacy and numeracy
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as other systems such as databases/ booking systems, e.g. Entrata/Yardi/Salesforce

Experience & Skills

• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a sales role in a similar world-class accommodation/hospitality/leisure or reservations/membership environment.
• The ability to influence, adapt at pace and be motivated by exceeding customer service and sales targets
• Evidence of organisation skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Culturally aware and able to adapt relationship building, communications and negotiation skills to suit audience.
• A team player who is evidently approachable and welcoming
• Proactive with a can do attitude and an ability to act autonomously, taking decisions and/or action when required.
• Proficient at using online and web tools/resources for gathering and presenting research and information
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
• Additional language skills are desirable
