Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in B2C sales to help us increase enrollments in Spain. The ideal candidate is persuasive, self-motivated, and passionate about education and customer success. You’ll work remotely and manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—targeting individual students.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full B2C sales cycle : lead generation, outreach, follow-up, and closing.
Contact potential clients via CRM, WhatsApp, email, calls, and social media.
Present and promote English courses tailored to each student’s needs.
Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment targets.
Keep CRM systems updated with notes, tasks, and customer details.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize conversion strategies.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2C sales , preferably in online education or language learning.
Native or fluent in Spanish ; English fluency is also required.
Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
Strong self-organization and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools, digital platforms, and remote work tools.
Nice to Have
Previous sales experience in the Spanish market , especially in EdTech or language training.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, lead funnels, or SEO.
Active network or client base in Spain.
