Join Cribl as a Solutions Engineer and utilize your technical skills to help customers maximize the potential of our products. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Spain, contributing to innovative solutions for complex data challenges while collaborating with a passionate team.

Formación

• Experience in Logs, Metrics, IT Operations, and Security.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
• Remote work experience preferred.

This is a remote role based out of Spain

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during initial sales calls
• Support customers during proof of concept sessions
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts and product documentation
• We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones – you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours

If You’ve Got it - We Want It

• Experience with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security
• Background in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Support
• Play with the product, be prepared to give us feedback
• Experience working with multiple operating systems (proficiency with Linux a must)
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 30%)
• You live in Spain
• Fluent speaking and written skills in English and Spanish
• This position may require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties
• Experience working remotely
