OmniAccess is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer for our Customer Solutions Engineering team. The Sales Engineer will be primarily responsible for actively supporting the Account Managers to drive pipeline growth and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process. Must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical audience, as well as to identify all technical issues to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process until handover to the operations department.

Based out of Mallorca, you will be part of a competent and diverse team that is key for the successful achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.

Your key tasks include :

  • Supporting the End-to-End Presales Process :
  • Lead the customers’ needs discovery phase.
  • Participate in meetings and product demos.
  • Collaborate on proposals preparation.
  • Build the bill of materials required for proposals.
  • Providing Technical Support to the Sales Team and Customers :
  • Support the Sales team on technical issues.
  • Support our customers and prospects in designing the most valuable solutions.
  • Developing and Maintaining Relationships with our Suppliers :
  • Stay updated with the latest solutions offered by our suppliers.
  • Leverage on suppliers for solution specifications and pricing.
  • Developing and Maintaining Relationships with our Customers :
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and seek opportunities for growth.
  • Keep customers up to date with the latest products and industry trends.
  • Extract valuable insights from customer and competitor data.
  • Use this information to design and drive new solutions for our customers.
  • Creating Presentations and Proposals :
  • Create and deliver persuasive presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Participate and present at industry events.
  • Design proposals covering technical and commercial aspects for new products and services.
  • Provide support to answer formal RFPs.
  • Ensuring Successful Sales Handover to Operations :
  • Utilize the defined processes and tools to handover concluded sales to the Project Management Team.
  • Building Competencies and Foster Knowledge Sharing :
  • Continuously build competencies in the relevant technical domains through online trainings, research and internal workshops.
  • Create knowledge transfer initiatives to the rest of the Solutions Engineer team the wider Sales teams.
  • Reporting :
  • Regularly report status of set objectives and issues affecting their achievement.
