from newsrooms and sports studios to universities, talkshows, and events. As a Sales Engineer, you’ll bridge the gap between sales and technology. You'll travel extensively to meet clients, primarily in the United States, helping them understand and adopt our software in fast-paced production environments.

This is a hands-on, dynamic role that blends technical consultation, live product demos, and close collaboration with sales and product teams. Your mission
  1. Product Demonstrations: Lead compelling live and virtual demos of our platform, tailored to technical and editorial decision-makers.
  2. On-Site Engagements: Visit client sites (mainly in the US and EU) to provide hands-on support during trials, demos, and onboarding sessions.
  3. Technical Pre-Sales Support: Advise prospects on technical workflows and best practices, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the sales cycle.
  4. Customer Discovery: Analyze client workflows and needs, identify opportunities for integration, and help validate the business and technical fit of our solution.
  5. Field Feedback: Relay real-world insights to our product and engineering teams to help drive feature development and usability improvements.
  6. Collaboration: When not traveling, support remote demos, refine documentation, and work closely with the broader team to improve the overall sales experience.
Your profile
  • You have at least 2–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar client-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS, media tech, or live production environments.
  • You’re a natural communicator who can simplify technical ideas and make complex systems feel approachable.
  • You have experience in live production environments, whether through internships, professional roles, freelance gigs, or studies.
  • You’ve spent time in control rooms or studios and understand the roles, pressure, and tools involved in live broadcasting.
  • You’re familiar with or quick to learn tools like EVS, vMIX, Singular, AMPP, and other media-tech tools.
  • You’re comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%) worldwide.
  • You’re fluent in English (written and spoken); any additional languages are a plus.
  • You are based in Belgium, elsewhere in Europe, or on the East Coast of the US, with easy access to airports and flexibility to travel as needed.
  • Bonus points if you’re a graduate of a media/TV/film school, but above all, we value energy, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
