To be successful, they need clear strategic direction, market-relevant guidance, and the tools to lead the shift toward value-based selling. It also demands the confident adoption of data and technology to inform decisions, enable team success, and consistently exceed targets in a highly dynamic and competitive environment. This role will be instrumental in equipping our sales leaders to thrive and drive performance through this transformation.
