- Maximize business opportunities and retailer listings to build a strong market position.

- Lead and develop the sales team to meet evolving market needs.

Required Skills & Experience :
- Ideally 10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in Food FMCG.
- Strong background in key account management and business growth strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- University degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
