Uptime Institute's LEET Security, a leading Cybersecurity Rating Agency, was established in December 2010 to build a cybersecurity rating service for assessing, managing, and improving cyber posture. LEET consolidates various security standards and regulations to be applicable across multiple services and environments.

LEET Security is seeking a sales professional experienced in developing new business in the cybersecurity sector across Spain & Portugal. This role will drive sales activities within the current and expanding service portfolio.

The Sales Manager will focus on existing and new accounts, generating direct and third-party sales opportunities for LEET Security services.

Responsibilities :

  1. Spearhead sales activities by identifying new prospects and nurturing opportunities.
  2. Manage leads, support negotiations, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  3. Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify strategic opportunities.
  4. Maintain accurate sales data in LEET’s CRM.
  5. Provide reports and follow-up support to senior management.
  6. Travel domestically and internationally for events and business development.
  7. Develop and manage industry outreach and educate the market about offerings.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  1. Experience in cybersecurity market or related services, with senior/CxO negotiation skills.
  2. 5-7 years in sales and market development, with a proven track record.
  3. Ability to identify and scope value-added services aligned with LEET’s mission.
  4. Successful history of exceeding sales goals and expanding customer relationships.
  5. Knowledge of European and global cybersecurity regulations and standards (ISO27001, NIST, IEC62443, EN50600, NIS2, DORA).
  6. Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CISA are advantageous.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with technical proficiency.
  8. Strong networking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  9. Customer-centric approach.
