Are you passionate about the gaming industry and eager to bridge internal teams and external partners in a dynamic role?

Join Light & Wonder, where you'll help deliver exceptional service and innovative solutions to our merchants, partners, and customers across Northern Europe.

As a key team member, you'll utilize your market knowledge and stakeholder management skills to maintain high service standards.

Your responsibilities include supporting product development by identifying functionality gaps and new requirements in the gaming vertical.

You will manage and update your pipeline within our CRM system, ensuring effective follow-up on your queues.

You will participate in projects relevant to the Sales team and overall sales targets, and have opportunities to attend gaming trade shows and webinars to promote Light & Wonder.

Essential qualifications:

  • Strong stakeholder management with current operators, merchants, partners, and customers to ensure high-quality service.
  • Support in identifying functionality gaps and new product requirements.
  • Experience in growing, monitoring, and updating sales pipelines within CRM systems.
  • Participation in projects aligned with sales targets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; additional regional languages (e.g., French) are advantageous.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience in meeting sales targets is a plus.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and customer relationship management skills to drive performance and KPIs.

This role involves travel across Europe and the US for meetings, which may include evening and weekend work.
