Job Description

Financial: Responsible for developing and delivering the commercial territory budgets concerning local promotion and sales. Ensures Iberia's contribution aligns with global goals.

Stakeholders:

  • Internal: Local Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Publishing, Global and Regional Sales and Marketing.
  • External: Distributors, Exam centers, Key Accounts, partners, industry players, and institutions.

Business: Responsible for setting, agreeing, and delivering sales budgets for the territory in collaboration with the Iberia Director. Establish and implement growth plans, including new services and solutions. Work with stakeholders to develop strategies that achieve revenue and profitability targets, collaborating with Business Development, Key Account Management, Channel and Distribution, and Digital partners.

Operations and Propositions: Ensure effective sales forecasting, communicate local needs, manage logistics, and align local client needs with the Global Product Department.

Marketing: Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align sales, business development, and marketing strategies. Develop an efficient lead nurturing strategy.

Compliance: Embody Cambridge values and ethics, ensure adherence to policies, and report issues promptly.

Data: Oversee Salesforce data accuracy, collaborate on implementing Business Intelligence systems for sales analysis.

The Successful Applicant

Experience:

  • Degree level education; master's and postgraduate preferred.
  • Extensive experience leading sales in Pharma, Consulting, or Private Education.
  • Experience managing channels, distributors, and digital partners.
  • International experience.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Proven success in educational sales within the territory.
  • High ethical standards, openness, and trustworthiness.
  • Fluent in English (C1) and local language (C1).
