Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the territory's budgets and sales strategies to meet global and local goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, Publishing, Sales, Marketing) and external partners (distributors, exam centers, key accounts).
- Set and achieve sales targets, develop growth plans, and expand product portfolios.
- Forecast sales, manage logistics, and ensure customer service quality.
- Align marketing and sales strategies, and develop lead nurturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and policies.
- Oversee Salesforce data accuracy and collaborate on business intelligence initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Degree, preferably with postgraduate education.
- Extensive experience leading sales in Pharma, Consulting, or Private Education sectors.
- Experience managing channels, distributors, and digital partners in international settings.
- Proven success in educational sales and team leadership.
- High ethical standards, excellent English and local language skills.
