Formación

  • Fluent English is required.

For our Iberian Sales Company, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

As Sales Director Iberia, your main focus will be on :

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the Iberian market
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team

Main responsibilities

  • Implement NILFISK sales strategy focusing on prioritized market segments and customer (key) accounts.
  • Monitor existing customers and negotiate with new accounts that are of strategic importance to NILFISK
  • Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Define and achieve Annual Sales Budgets and provide regular sales forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  • Market intelligence and understanding : size, share, channels, segments, competition
  • Teamwork with After Sales to grow service revenue, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with the other Company's departments, Customer Care, Marketing, Product Management, Service, Supply Chain to improve customer's experience
  • Requirements and skills

  • Degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Fluent English
  • The position is based in MADRID
