We are looking for a Sales Director (f/m/d) to support our team in Santa Eulalia as soon as possible.

Your main tasks
  • Manage the office operations
  • Support, motivate, and coach employees
  • Acquire and sell properties
  • Provide customer care
  • Expand and maintain the client network
  • Develop a deep understanding of the local property market, its products, and services
  • Prepare market analyses and property presentations
Your profile
  • Proficiency in Spanish, English, and German (written and spoken)
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Proven sales experience in the property sector
  • Goal-oriented with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Excellent intercultural and social skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
