Responsibilities :
- You will lead the resort’s commercial strategy within a cluster structure, developing and executing action plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and grow new market segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, etc.).
- Represent the resort at national and international trade shows, roadshows, and workshops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, agencies, and business partners.
- Guide, train, and motivate the sales team with clear objectives and performance metrics.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to drive strategic decision-making.
- Travel to assigned markets for the assigned segment as part of the Cluster structure.
- Design and implement action plans to achieve the hotel's occupancy and revenue goals.
- Supervise, motivate, and train the sales team for optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date on new sales technologies and tools in the hotel industry.
- Monitor and analyse key sales metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
- Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
Key Requirements :
- Educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Commercial Management (preferably Higher Degree or similar).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales leadership within international hotel chains.
- Proven track record in business development and contract negotiation.
- High level of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proactive mindset, result-oriented, and strong analytical skills.
- Full availability to travel.
- Based either in La Manga (Murcia) or Madrid.
- Experience in golf resorts and / or properties focused on sports, wellness, and health will be highly valued.
