Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to build a robust pipeline for Account Executives (AEs) in the UKI market. This role requires a self-starter with a dynamic personality and a knack for reaching decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Develop new business opportunities via telephone, email, and social media to introduce our solution and identify potential buyers.
  • Follow up on leads and provide status updates.
  • Conduct needs analysis to understand prospects' pain points and align our solutions accordingly.
  • Identify key decision-makers within prospects to determine budget and timeline.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects through consistent communication, advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the SDR TL and AEs to develop and grow the sales pipeline, consistently meeting quarterly revenue goals.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
  • Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and interest in Energy Management and Energy Efficiency.
  • Passionate about Energy and Sustainability.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • Strong networking abilities to access decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Team player.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot is preferred.
  • Previous experience in an SDR role in a SaaS B2B company is preferred but not essential.
  • Office located in the city center of Barcelona (remote work is an option).
