What we'll do for you to make each day amazing: You'll often be the first impression of ADP to potential prospects. We will invest in your training to help you become a trusted advisor, supporting prospects through complex areas by uncovering pain points and sharing insights. You'll encourage prospects to attend events and webinars. When a prospect seeks detailed information, you'll hand over the lead to a field sales team, setting up conference calls to facilitate further engagement.

Key Objectives:

Generate new business opportunities across Spanish and Portuguese markets for our HCM solutions and maintain our position as a leading global HCM provider. This involves researching prospect accounts, providing insights, engaging in high-level conversations, following up on warm leads, and utilizing social media and marketing materials.

Key Duties/Tasks:

  • Profile and research potential clients to identify decision makers and understand account structures
  • Use research tools to identify critical business issues and market trends
  • Utilize social media to assess topics and promote ADP as a thought leader in HCM
  • Build relationships with targeted accounts to keep ADP top of mind
  • Generate a steady flow of qualified, sales-ready opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaigns and events
  • Participate in training, team days, and performance reviews
  • Own and manage individual tasks and targets for team success
