The Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us achieve our goals in the Spanish market. As an SDR, you will focus on feeding our sales funnel by qualifying and engaging prospective customers. Reporting to the SDR Manager, this role offers substantial professional growth within a dynamic, collaborative team. You will learn from top professionals and help sell a disruptive product that transforms how organizations manage business travel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research the travel technology landscape and understand industry trends.
  2. Generate interest and qualify leads in SMB and Enterprise segments.
  3. Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media.
  4. Schedule product demos with potential clients.
  5. Understand client needs and articulate TravelPerk’s value proposition.
  6. Learn about our partner ecosystem and advise on software solutions.
  7. Engage with C-level executives to demonstrate our value.
  8. Collaborate across teams to ensure success.
  9. Manage leads and opportunities using Salesforce.

Requirements:

  • Native Spanish speaker (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Goal-oriented, perseverant, and ethical
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-centric mindset and proactive attitude

Preferred:

  • Previous sales or Business Development experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
