Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at MultiSafepay, you'll play a crucial role in our growth strategy. Within the Italian market, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating new leads and building relationships that lead to sales opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to our expansion and success in the market.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach to potential clients.
  2. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand industry trends.
  3. Engage with prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce MultiSafepay's solutions.
  4. Schedule meetings between potential clients and our Sales team.
  5. Maintain a thorough understanding of MultiSafepay's products, services, and value proposition.
  6. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.
  7. Keep accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  8. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  9. 50% of the time you will be attending sales support and customer support tasks.
Requirements
  1. Native Italian & fluent in English, other languages (Spanish, French, ...) is a plus.
  2. Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role (preferred but not essential).
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. “Call first” approach.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Knowledge of payment solutions and the fintech industry is a plus.
  8. Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement platforms.
  9. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  10. Tech-savvy.
