The Role

As our Sales Development Representative at Red Points, you will be in charge of attracting new potential customers to buy our solution. Your job will be to make the initial contact, educate the customer on our capabilities, and get them excited with the final goal of arranging qualified meetings.

In collaboration with a dedicated Account Executive, you will work together to source accounts from self-prospecting, follow up on prequalified meetings with clients, manage your own pipeline in Salesforce, and drive accountability for deal progression to revenue.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Passionately advocate how technology can eliminate piracy, impersonations, and online counterfeits.
  • Align on go-to-market strategies and account mapping with the wider sales team and sales leadership while helping to build a greater pipeline.
  • Teach potential customers and identify their pain points while sharing the impact we at Red Points can deliver.
  • Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in target accounts.
  • Outbound customer engagement through dials, emails, and social media interaction to generate interest and qualify prospects.

As an SDR, you are energetic, motivated, and articulate. You’re a tenacious hunter. Intelligent, quick-witted, and persistent, you understand how to quickly match a customer’s needs with a product’s value proposition. You take ownership of every opportunity to engage a new prospect.

Requirements & Skills
  • 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (inside sales representative, sales executive, etc).
  • A fearless approach to outbound prospecting with strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone.
  • Ability to conceptualize and convey RedPoint's solution in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environment—moves quickly, thinks strategically, and is good at tactical execution.
  • Passion for technology.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proven successful track record of crushing quotas.
Nice to have - They’re not necessary, but a plus!
  • Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry.
  • Any other native-level European language is a plus!
