As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be on the frontlines of our business growth. You’ll work with potential customers across the Spanish-speaking market, building the first spark that could lead to long-term client partnerships.
Lead Prospecting – Identify and research new sales opportunities via LinkedIn, inbound leads, email, and calls.
️ Cold Calling & Outreach – Initiate personalized conversations that resonate with prospects.
Lead Qualification – Use frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, SPIN, or MEDDIC to qualify leads before handing them over to Account Executives.
CRM Management – Keep records organized, track interactions, and maintain data quality in the pipeline.
️ Lead Nurturing – Build trust and stay top-of-mind with warm leads through content and touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing to optimize messaging and conversion.
Be a Brand Ambassador – Represent Mapon’s values in every interaction.
We value mindset and drive more than a lengthy resume. That said, here’s what would help you succeed:
️ Experience in outbound sales, prospecting or SDR work is a plus, but not mandatory – attitude matters more than experience.
️ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
️ Confident communicator – both written and verbal.
️ Fluent Spanish (C1+) and good English skills (B2+) required for daily communication.
Portuguese or any other additional languages are a bonus and will be highly valued!
