Position: Business Development Representative (Spanish speaker)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and find the right contact information from potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, goals, business characteristics, and sector to generate new business opportunities.
  • Generate new leads and prospects via phone and email.
  • Utilize IT tools, CRM, and social media platforms effectively.
  • Convert prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) and coordinate meetings with the Sales Team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Starting your career or first experience in sales.
  • Graduated with a BA/BS degree or similar college-level education (less than 3 years ago).
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships.
  • Comfortable with hard work and an objective-oriented culture.
  • Curious, fast learner, adaptable to various situations and environments.
  • Proactive, autonomous, with an entrepreneurial passion.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
