A rapidly growing scale-up in Barcelona is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role involves client research, running outbound sales campaigns, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance growth. Ideal candidates will be proactive, flexible, and possess a relevant degree or experience.

We are looking for

A driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (m/w/d) who wants to contribute to our sales team’s growth and success.

Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and foster growth.

Your role in BizAway

  • Research and prospect for new clients in Portugal.
  • Run outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other touchpoints.
  • Present our solutions to a range of stakeholders (Office Managers, Travel Managers, HR Directors, etc.).
  • Work with the Sales Executive and the entire Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.

Your Basic Qualifications

  • Native level of Portuguese and good level of English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Tourism, or related fields.
  • Hunger: eager to face challenges and raise the bar daily.
  • Proactivity: actively propose value-creating solutions and learn from mistakes.
  • Flexibility: comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
  • Legal documents to work in Spain (NIE, TIE, Spanish bank account, social security number, etc.).

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales, business travel, or startups.
