Formación

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound lead generation experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Native Polish and proficiency in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy and proactive mindset.

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key player in helping global tech leaders expand their sales pipelines. Using our proven **value-based selling methodology**, you’ll identify and nurture potential leads, ensuring our clients connect with the right decision-makers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Sales Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and research potential customers using various prospecting techniques, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they align with the client’s target audience.
  • Engage with decision-makers, fostering relationships to uncover business opportunities.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring leads progress effectively through the sales funnel.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve their sales outreach strategies.
  • Deliver regular reports and feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

  • Proven experience inoutbound lead generation, ideally in anagency settingas an SDR, BDR, or Inside Sales Representative.
  • Hands-on experience withsales engagement toolslikeLemlistis a strong plus.
  • Previousclient-facing responsibilitiesand the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Minimum 1 yearof relevant experience; more senior profiles are highly encouraged to apply.

Languages:

  • Native in Polish(mandatory) and proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in additionalEuropean languages(Spanish, French, German, Dutch) is aplus.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills: Strong business communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset: Proactive, results-driven, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.

Bonus Points

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Management Experience: Prior experience mentoring or managing team members is a plus.
