The Role
- Develop within the SaaS industry & digital sales; we adopt a consultative approach! We build solutions!
- Engage with HR experts; discover their pains, needs, and how to deliver value.
- Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads while partnering with Account Executives to ensure quality within the sales cycle.
- Connect with B2B prospects via cold approach using cold-calling, LinkedIn, and email; other sources like networking, e-marketing, and campaigns are also welcome. We encourage curiosity!
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and the Sales team.
- Create your own strategies to seek and analyze prospect information online to enhance sales efforts.
- Collaborate and strategize with teams in Sales, Marketing, CX, and Product.
- Proficient level of Italian and professional English required. We are international!
- +1 year experience in Outbound/Inbound sales or marketing roles, preferably as a successful SDR in a SaaS company.
- Eager to learn and unlearn, self-motivated, proactive, and achievement-driven.
- Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- Strong organizational skills, team player, self-motivator.
- Fearless in making calls and speaking with prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; engage naturally!
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Goal-oriented and fun to work with!
- Understand and take ownership of your role’s importance; your efforts impact Factorial’s success.
- Experience in customer-oriented roles like Sales Development, Sales Assistance, Business Development, Customer Experience, or Customer Success is a plus.
- Experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, etc.
- Experience in SaaS sales or digital environments.
- Knowledge of successful outbound campaign strategies.
- Ability to implement effective qualification methodologies through curiosity.
