Overview

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing IT sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in the Dutch-speaking market. Working closely with our Sales Managers, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in driving our business growth.

  • Research and identify potential leads in the Dutch IT market.
  • Proactively engage with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure they meet sales criteria.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.

Qualifications
  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B IT industry is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
