We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative (German Speaker) to join our Sales team.

Responsibilities :

  • Proactively generate qualified leads through cold-calling and messaging.
  • Work with Account Executives to effectively target prospects and accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, providing insights on lead quality.
  • Become an expert on Monta's product suite.
  • Utilize tools like Hubspot, Gong, Cognism, and Sales Navigator to enhance sales efforts.
  • Analyze metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Achieve quotas through strategic outbound planning.

Experience Required :

  • At least 12 months in sales development or a related role.

  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and openness to feedback.
  • Fluent in German and English.
