Formación

About the role

At Procys, we believe that a high-performing sales team is the key to driving growth. We're looking for a driven and talented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to connect with potential customers and drive growth in Spain, LATAM, and the US.

As the first point of contact in the sales journey, you’ll play a vital role in building our pipeline. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the sales process, thrives on researching and qualifying leads, and enjoys building strong initial relationships that set up our sales closers for success.

You should be a fast learner with excellent communication skills and the confidence to present our solutions in a clear, compelling way. Every new contact is a chance to drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition, and contribute directly to Procys’ success.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
  2. Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing cold and warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  3. Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
  4. Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation profiling strategies.
  5. Utilize Hubspot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  6. Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  7. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
  8. Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

Competences

  1. 3+ years of sales experience ideally in the Tech/AI/SaaS industry.
  2. Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  3. Collaboration and alignment with the team.
  4. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
  5. Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM software.
  6. Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  7. Both fluent English and Spanish is a must.
  8. Fluent Portuguese is nice to have.
  9. Experienced with Predictable Revenue methodology.
  10. Familiarity with Sales tools such as Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and/or Zoominfo.
  11. Prior experience building email campaigns.
  12. Proven cold calling experience and confidence in phone-based outreach.
