Sales Development Representative (Flemish - speaking) - Hybrid Spain

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

1. Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, creating a strong first impression and expanding the client portfolio.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
3. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses using leading cloud solutions.
4. Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
5. Gather customer feedback and communicate it back to the business as the “Voice of Customer.”

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Flemish and fluent in English.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT sales with a proven success record, or experience in sales account management or customer relations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications and CRM systems like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.
• Possession of Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in MS Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or Business Applications.
