Our Sales Development Representatives partner with our Account Executives across the Benelux region to build and implement an effective sales pipeline strategy. You will be engaging with an Enterprise client base to drive the adoption of our market leading products and will need to be able to think strategically in order to adjust your approach depending on each customer's unique needs.

Your future role in the team

  • Inbound Marketing Qualified Lead follow-up for Target accounts including Events, Downloads, Trials, Webinars, etc.
  • Drive new logo acquisition while working with existing accounts to expand Dynatrace opportunity.
  • Proactively drive major events to schedule meetings with the Sales Account Executives.
  • Evangelize the Dynatrace vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Identify and prospect to net new contacts, add to CRM Salesforce, and follow up.
  • Use CRM-Salesforce.com to track activities.
  • Attend regular regional meetings and update the team on progress of activities.

Qualifications

What we expect of you

  • Experience with business development of Enterprise Software solutions.
  • Familiarity with IT Operations Management solutions.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • A high level of commitment to relationship building.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious, with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Fluency in English & Dutch.
