PTC in Barcelona is seeking an Inside Sales associate to grow our pipeline by prospecting new accounts and expanding within existing ones. You will work with international teams, routing opportunities to sales executives and conducting outbound calls to set meetings.

The role requires 6 to 12 months in inside sales or customer-facing roles, and fluency in English and Arabic. We offer a hybrid work model with three days in the office, a multicultural environment, and a comprehensive benefits

Formación

• 6 to 12 months of related experience in inside sales or customer-facing roles.

• Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone.

Responsabilidades

• Execute on marketing-qualified leads and prospect in existing accounts as well as targeting new logos
• Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development
• Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings
• Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within SFDC
• Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions
• Assist in the execution of campaigns within your territory
• Work with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Customer Success, Sales Operations

The Inside Sales (ISS) organization partners with our global marketing and sales teams to generate a customer pipeline and drive bookings from the inside. Besides pipeline and bookings contribution, in the last few years this team has been counted on as the talent pool for the PTC global sales workforce.

Your impact:

• Prospect for new customers and sell PTC solutions to New Prospect Accounts focusing on business to business sales and Global Strategic Accounts
• Cross and upselling activities in strategic accounts
• Grow pipeline and revenue across PTC's proven Digital Transformation solutions portfolio

You will be part of an international and energetic team within a multicultural environment where professionals from throughout Europe interact with current & future PTC customers. We just moved into brand new offices with sea views in the Poblenou area in Barcelona!

Day-To-Day:
