What You Will Do
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Manage a pipeline from prospecting to qualification and final contact.
  • Set up meetings between prospects and Sales or Account Managers.
  • Report sales results regularly to Business Development Managers.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and pricing plans.
  • Deliver maximum customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role.
  • Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calling.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging discussions and presentations.
