Formación

Summary of position :

The Sales Development Representative will report to a Sales Development team leader.Responsible to validate and nurture leads and customer data quality including accuracy, relevance, completeness and passing through the most accurate to sales executives or Business Partner Managers. Also to develop and manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture and place information of validated leads into the central CRM system.

This position will be responsible for customer or leads outreach. The right candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, self-driven environment and produce results with a strong sense of teamwork.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Manage multichannel communication activities to validate, nurture and place information of validated leads into the central CRM system.
  • Pass on Marketing Qualified Leads to Sales team, or business partner sales team.
  • Plan and manage contact strategies to support audience engagement, lead nurturing, conversion, retention and to reduce churn rates.
  • Liaise closely with other departments and engage stakeholders to ensure the CRM and tools are fully embedded across all integrated campaigns, and ensure a fast and efficient lead passing process.
  • Knowledge for all technical aspects of the CRM and email system, to ensure optimization, delivery and service.
  • Some email marketing and / online marketing and the planning, creation and testing of campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate and clean customer records in CRM database, including all interactions, customer contacts, and product ownership information.

Experience and Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years' experience of software sales and lead management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Online relationship building skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, motivated with a positive attitude
  • Ability to obtain sales-level understanding of numerous complex products and pricing
  • Flexibility in scheduling, due to different time zones and locations
  • A proactive, self-managed, analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Passion for digital techniques and technologies.
  • Advanced English and required native language skills
