SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE AT LINGUASERVE!
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative (BDM or SDR) with at least 5 years of experience in prospecting, opening new sales opportunities, client acquisition, and sales closing in a B2B digital environment at international markets, particularly English-speaking countries.

What you’ll do :
- Identify and Generate New Business Opportunities: Actively prospect and implement direct sales strategies to open new opportunities and expand our client base.
- CRM Management: You’ll work within Hubspot to manage customer data, activities, opportunities, pipelines, and other essential sales information.
- Cold Outreach: Master cold prospecting using specific tools and techniques to find new opportunities and drive business growth.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target key decision-makers, engaging them to create new business opportunities.
- Taking Ownership and Working by Targets: You will have the responsibility and accountability for designated clients, territories, verticals, horizontals, service offerings, and projects, making a significant impact on our growth.
- You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving consistent sales growth through effective prospecting and relationship-building.
- Autonomous and Results-Driven: We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to independently manage their pipeline, working toward clear sales objectives.
Required Skills and Experience :
- Sales Focused: Proven track record of opening new sales opportunities and acquiring clients in a B2B sales environment, particularly in international markets within professional services or technology solutions.
- Cold Outreach Expertise: Skilled in cold prospecting techniques using specific tools and methods to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- HubSpot Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot for CRM management, tracking opportunities, and maintaining sales data.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Strong ability to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Digital Marketing Services Knowledge: Knowledge of digital marketing services to effectively sell to clients, understanding what they entail.
- You should also have a proactive attitude and a strong willingness to closely collaborate with the Marketing team to align strategies and drive business growth.
- Target-driven: Previous experience working with targets and KPIs is advantageous.
- Sales instinct: Your strong sales instincts and judgment enable you to deliver outstanding sales performance.
- Results-Oriented: You thrive on achieving sales targets and quotas, consistently driving new business and maximizing revenue.
- Autonomous and Motivated: You are proactive, eager to learn, and capable of managing your workload independently to achieve objectives.
- Excellent English Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (C1 level).
