The SDR will be instrumental in identifying client needs, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the Business Development team to cultivate lasting relationships. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and technology, offering opportunities to grow and shine in a supportive environment.

Formación

  • 1-2 years experience in sales or lead generation.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our customer base across key markets. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping identify needs, generate interest, and guide qualified leads toward discovery meetings.

You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager and Growth team to turn opportunities into conversations—and conversations into clients who love using WiPass in their hotels.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting : Identify and contact potential clients through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other creative channels.
  • Lead Qualification : Understand each client’s needs and assess fit, qualifying inbound and outbound leads for handoff to Sales.
  • CRM Management : Keep our CRM accurate, organized, and up to date with lead activity and status.
  • Follow-Up & Nurturing : Build trust with warm leads through timely, friendly follow-ups that keep the conversation going.
  • Collaboration : Work with Marketing and Customer Success to align messaging, share insights, and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Learn & Adapt : Bring feedback from prospects to help improve our pitch, content, and product.

Requirements

  • Experience : 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles—ideally in SaaS or tech startups.
  • Strong Communicator : Friendly, confident, and able to ask smart questions and listen actively.
  • Organized & Proactive : Good at keeping track of leads, following up on time, and working well without constant supervision.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and researching potential leads.
  • Languages : Fluency in English required. Spanish or other European languages are a plus.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience selling to the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, or events)
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS startup or tech sales environment
  • Strong writing skills for outbound messages and emails
  • Curiosity for digital marketing, user experience, and tech tools
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote team
