The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our expanding European sales team in Barcelona. As an SDR at Way2VAT, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients across Europe—educating them on the value of our VAT recovery technology and booking qualified meetings for our sales executives.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively research and target international companies across Europe, with a strong focus on mid-market and enterprise segments. Initiate outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate new business opportunities. Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile and set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to execute effective outreach campaigns and refine messaging. Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot / Salesforce). Stay up-to-date with VAT industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position Way2VAT’s value proposition. Represent Way2VAT with professionalism, curiosity, and a solutions-oriented mindset. What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related customer-facing role—ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B tech. Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus. A track record of success in lead generation or pipeline development. Comfortable making cold calls and writing compelling outreach emails. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.
