Your Role: Driving Growth in the Swiss Region

We seek a high-energy Senior Sales Development Expert to lead new business acquisition and revenue growth in the Swiss market, focusing on individual hotels and small hotel groups. The role involves managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to closing—particularly around our Demand Booster solution.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Swiss/German-speaking markets
  • Identify and engage leads via cold calls, social media, networking, and events
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of hotel prospects
  • Deliver tailored demos and pitches to decision-makers
  • Close deals and meet/exceed quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with marketing, onboarding, and product teams for smooth client experiences
  • Represent RateGain at industry events, trade fairs, and webinars
  • Stay updated on hospitality tech trends and competitive insights

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in hospitality, digital advertising, or tech
  • Strong cold-calling and outbound prospecting skills
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Deep understanding of the Swiss and broader DACH hotel markets
  • Existing network of hospitality decision-makers is a plus
  • High energy, independence, and self-drive
  • Fluent in Swiss German (native) and English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (offices in Barcelona near Sagrada Familia and Leipzig, Germany) or full remote
