Formación

  • Proven B2B sales experience as inside sales or Sales Development Executive.

How can you Help us
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Assuming overall responsibility for creating sales qualified leads (SQLs)
  • Handling all incoming enquiries
  • Prioritising opportunities
  • Proactively contacting interested companies, conducting research to identify targeted marketing opportunities
  • Categorising potential customers according to the Customer Categorisation Model
  • Partnering with the New Business Development Manager and supporting where necessary, including booking visits
  • Working on leads provided by Market Development Executives to generate new customers
  • Proactively sending quotations to new customers and following up promptly
  • Updating internal systems (CRM and ERP) and databases accurately and timely
  • Participating in internal and external meetings as required

External: Potential Customers

Scope of Impact

Depending on your delegation's size and location, the SDM role may have a defined area, a designated New Business Development Manager or Account Manager, or focus on a specific vertical market (e.g., industry type).
