Figurama Collectors is seeking a Sales Development Executive to support our Sales and Marketing Manager in growing Shikwasa, our division focused on OEM / ODM manufacturing and collectibles development.
About Us : Figurama Collectors is a premium collectible company dedicated to crafting high-end statues inspired by the world's most beloved anime, manga, and gaming franchises. Through Shikwasa, we provide OEM / ODM manufacturing solutions for collectibles, toys, and action figures, working with licensors and brands globally. Now, we're looking for a driven professional to help expand our client base and sales pipeline.
What You'll Do : Support the Sales and Marketing Manager in identifying and engaging potential clients and partners. Drive sales efforts for Shikwasa by reaching out to potential clients, closing deals, and building long-term relationships. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Generate and qualify B2B leads to build a strong sales pipeline. Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and sales presentations. Work closely with internal teams to align business strategies and project execution. Attend industry events, conventions, and trade shows to network and represent our brand.
What We're Looking For : 2+ years of experience in sales, business development or a related field. Ideal for someone with a solid SDR background who is ready to take ownership of the full B2B sales development process. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in driving B2B sales through targeted outreach and client engagement. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing high-quality leads across various B2B channels. Passion for anime, collectibles, and pop culture (a big plus!). Ability to work independently and proactively seek out opportunities. Experience in licensing, OEM / ODM manufacturing, or retail partnerships is a plus. Must hold EU citizenship – only applicants from European countries will be considered. Willingness to travel for industry events and meetings.
