We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Sales Development Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our business growth by identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities, researching market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the buyer journey.

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation and Conversion :

  • Utilize outreach strategies based on market data and competitor insights to engage with cold, warm, and hot leads, ensuring regular follow-ups.
  • Implement lead nurturing techniques to convert prospects into sales qualified leads (SQLs) ready for closure by the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying new business opportunities through online (e.g., Social Media) and offline (e.g., industry events) avenues and initiating conversations.

Collaboration and Communication :

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for engaging clients throughout the buyer lifecycle.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to align initiatives with company goals.
  • Provide feedback to marketing to optimize campaigns and messaging strategies.

Relationship Building :

  • Use market insights to cultivate relationships and engage with partners, clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders to develop joint offerings and tailored solutions.
  • Maintain relationships with industry partners to enhance business development efforts and brand awareness.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and forums.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, social impact, business management, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven success in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in sustainability or responsible sourcing, for at least two years.
  • Fluency in Polish and German (written and spoken).
  • Strong understanding of social enterprise sales, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business tools.

Location : Barcelona - Hybrid (4 days a month in the office)

Contract : Full-time temporary (6 months), with options for VIE or direct contract, support with equipment, benefits, and flexible working arrangements.
