Job Description:

As a Sales Technician for the DACH region, your primary mission will be to drive business growth and revenue within the German-speaking market. You will work directly with a leading software manufacturer, playing a key role in expanding its presence and supporting strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell software solutions and create tailored proposals for identified companies in the DACH market.
  • Prepare and manage offers, pricing, and contracts.
  • Proactively follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Log all sales activity and client interactions daily in Salesforce.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company to strengthen its market presence.
  • Organize and lead meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate and support sales campaigns and initiatives in the region.
  • Contribute to the optimization of sales processes and share best practices with the broader team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
  • A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working closely with product and technical teams.
