As a
Sales Technician for the DACH region , your primary mission will be to
drive business growth and revenue
within the German-speaking market. You will work
directly with a leading software manufacturer , playing a key role in expanding its presence and supporting strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Sell software solutions and create tailored proposals for identified companies in the DACH market.Prepare and manage offers, pricing, and contracts.Proactively follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.Log all sales activity and client interactions daily in
Salesforce .Attend industry events and represent the company to strengthen its market presence.Organize and lead meetings with clients and prospects.Coordinate and support sales campaigns and initiatives in the region.Contribute to the
optimization of sales processes
and share best practices with the broader team.
What We’re Looking For:Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector.Strong knowledge of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.Fluent in
German
and
English
(both written and spoken).A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working closely with product and technical teams.
