As a Sales Technician for the DACH region, your primary mission will be to drive business growth and revenue within the German-speaking market. You will work directly with a leading software manufacturer, playing a key role in expanding its presence and supporting strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Sell software solutions and create tailored proposals for identified companies in the DACH market. * Prepare and manage offers, pricing, and contracts. * Proactively follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. * Log all sales activity and client interactions daily in Salesforce. * Attend industry events and represent the company to strengthen its market presence. * Organize and lead meetings with clients and prospects. * Coordinate and support sales campaigns and initiatives in the region. * Contribute to the optimization of sales processes and share best practices with the broader team. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology sector. * Strong knowledge of the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines. * Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken). * A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in working closely with product and technical teams.
