Una empresa multinacional busca un Account Manager dinámico para unirse a su equipo en Madrid. En esta posición, serás responsable de aumentar las ventas y la rentabilidad de los clientes asignados en el sector automotriz. Colaborarás con el equipo de ventas y el Gerente de Ventas Automotrices, gestionando proyectos y construyendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Buscamos a alguien con habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y una fuerte orientación al cliente, capaz de adaptarse a un entorno cambiante. Formación

  • 3-5 años de experiencia relevante en ventas, preferiblemente en la industria automotriz.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés, conocimientos de portugués son un plus.

tesa is a multinational company, running a portfolio of more than 7 innovative adhesive tapes and self-adhesive system solutions for various industries, commercial customers, and end consumers.

To support our strong growth with automotive OEM/OES in Spain, we are recruiting an Account Manager (AM) preferably located in the area of Madrid, to increase sales and margin/profitability of assigned customers. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up an activity plan in line with segment strategy, identifying new opportunities, managing and implementing projects, and maintaining the sales pipeline. Together with the Sales Manager, you will also be responsible for building and leading the accounts and meeting the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan. In this position, you will interact with both the sales team and the Automotive Sales Manager based in Italy.

Main Functions:
  • Provide fact-based information and customer access to improve the marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and local decision-makers of RKA.
  • Build a robust tesa network (with RKAM, Mkg – R&D – customer solution centre (testing and automation solutions) – controlling functions across complex customer buying centres).
  • Manage all tesa resources and competencies to contribute to the success of the selected projects.
  • Consider multiple dimensions to build a powerful offer: products, services, and process integration.
  • Manage complex listing, pricing, and contract negotiations.
What you will need:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in automotive and/or tapes industry).
  • Fluent Spanish and excellent written and spoken English. Knowledge of Portuguese can be a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and talented networking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the sector and the market assigned segment.
  • Advanced presentation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for building long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to work autonomously and self-driven while proactively seeking support when needed.
  • Easily adapting to change and ambiguity.
