VF APPAREL is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Barcelona to cover a MATERNITY LEAVE until September 2025.

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between departments, and contributing to the sales department's success.

Role Overview

The Sales Coordinator will focus on two areas: the Wholesale channel and El Corte Inglés. They will report to the Sales Manager for wholesale responsibilities and coordinate with the Key Accounts Managers for Eastpak, Jansport, and Kipling regarding El Corte Inglés activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative tasks for the wholesale sales team to enable them to focus on selling.
  • Provide campaign materials (catalogues, presentations, pricing) and update them as needed.
  • Support the sales manager by collecting feedback from sales representatives as requested by HQ.
  • Assist with customer incidents, liaising with customer service, credit, and sales operations departments.
  • Organize sales meetings, managing communication, logistics, and costs.
  • Act as the point of contact for issues with El Corte Inglés that require office intervention.
  • Ensure online concessions function properly, prepare campaign catalog files, and improve navigation.
  • Manage incidents related to guarantees.
  • Update weekly reorder files by department and country.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, VM, and stores for Focal Points implementation.
  • Update shared files and create departmental catalogues for campaign information.
  • Prepare materials for concessions, including uniforms, staff ID, POS, and device requests.
  • Coordinate return processes with HQ and stores.
  • Report Dummy SKUs weekly to HQ.

Skills for Success

  • University Degree required.
  • At least two years supporting sales teams, including sales analysis or customer service supervision.
  • Experience in sales analysis and tracking is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills for meetings and events.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Cognos or similar reporting tools is advantageous.
