Founded in 2018 with a mission to inform, educate, and connect the global blockchain community, our events drew over 6,000 attendees in 2024 alone.

As a fast-moving startup, we’re constantly evolving—and so will your role. You’ll own core responsibilities from day one, and as we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to shape new initiatives.

The role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our CEO. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our sales pipeline—and the CEO’s day—run smoothly, acting as the hub between our leadership, sales, and internal teams.

This role requires a high level of discretion, ambition, proactivity, organization, adaptability and top-notch multitasking.

Key responsibilities :

Act as the CEO’s right hand, handling a variety of personal tasks for the CEO

Reply to inbound inquiries and coordinate calls so the CEO can focus on closing

Prepare presentations and tailored proposals that empower the CEO to win business

Research and qualify new prospects, gathering company insights, decision-maker contacts, funding news...

Execute timely follow-ups with prospects to keep deals moving forward

Liaise with product, marketing, and operations to guarantee our sponsorship deliverables

Keep our CRM spotless and up to date

Requirements :

BSc in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field

2+ years experience in a VA, sales, or executive support role

Demonstrated work ethic and commitment to achieving sales targets

Must be creative, adept at problem-solving, have strong organizational skills, and be capable of multitasking

Strong attention to detail

Advanced English speaking abilities

Passion for blockchain, technology, sales, entrepreneurship or finance

Annual base salary : 22.000 - 25.000€
